There has been a boost in real estate activity everywhere in Bernalillo County in April. 557 pending sales shows an increase of 56.6 percent over the 356 offers that were accepted in 2014, this makes it one of the strongest April’s for pending sales in Bernalillo County on record.

The closed sales at 382 sales which also surpassed April 2014 by about 29.9 percent, making April 2016 the April with the most closings since 2006 with its 394 closings.

687 new listings in April is 15.7 percent over what it was in April 2014 and its 594 new listings, which makes it the highest number of new listings since April 2010 when there were 691 new listings.

The inventory of Bernalillo County homes have dipped to 3.4 months in April and total time on market has fallen to 95 days in the same time period.

Average and median sale prices have risen higher than they ever were back in 2014, with average sales price of rising from $225,200 to $236,900, marking a 5.2 percent increase, and the median sales prices have risen 5.6 percent from $203,100 to $214,500.
