Cutbow Coffee Roastology– Truly a local legend, 25 years in the making, is owner Paul Gallegos. His passion for coffee comes through in each artisan batch roasted. This wonderful coffee shop has a roastery, tasting room, and coffee bar just north of Historic Old Towne. You can also shop their vast array of beans and blends online at www.cutbowcoffee.com

Trifecta Coffee Company– Owners Thomas and Lee combined over 20 years of experience to create this wonderful space, atmosphere, and incredible coffee & baked goods for people to gather and visit with family and friends. Their coffee is roasted on-site, and again, the smell is amazing as you walk in the door. Their drink menu is truly incredible, but what makes it more special is that each sauce and syrup used is crafted in-house. They even have a “shaken- not stirred” and “stirred-not shaken” menu of drinks! You’ve heard of mixologists, well, their baristas take that meaning with coffee to the next level. You’ve got to check this out. Add to that a wonderful selection of baked goods and you’ll be happy to sit and visit with friends for hours.

Napoli Coffee– Not only hand-crafted coffee can be found here but there’s also a whole community of things going on. Truly. Napoli offers amazing coffee and teas and a fantastic selection of specialty lattes along with traditional drinks. You’ll also find an extensive food menu that cannot be found at other coffee shops. Yes, the yummy traditional pastries are here, but you’ll also be greeted with hand-held burritos and delectable freshly made, locally sourced sandwiches. Do you have a furry friend you like to bring along for coffee or a bite to eat?  Their dog-friendly patio is just the place…and you can even order them a pupuccino! A great place for the summer season.
